Deposits

Guests are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking amount to confirm their reservation.

Cancellation Period

Cancellations made 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a credit for the full deposit amount.

Cancellations made within 45-31 days of the scheduled arrival date will shoulder a 50% penalty of the deposit amount.

Cancellations made within 30 days or less of the scheduled arrival date will forfeit the full deposit amount.

Note that the above does not apply to holiday dates including Christmas, New Year’s, Easter, etc. Cancellations made at any time will forfeit the full deposit amount.

Booking Modifications

Any modifications to the reservation dates or villa type are subject to availability and may result in a change in the booking rate.

Changes made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date may incur additional charges.
